Massage Therapy

Bespoke massage therapy; each session incorporates a 5-10 minute consultation to ensure treatments are tailored for your specific needs.

Holistic and deep tissue massage work that leaves both body and mind rested and relaxed.

SouLift

Combining massage therapy along with an acupressure facial and Reiki; the SouLift works on all levels; with your body, face and spirit benefiting. SouLift is a 90 minute treatment, made up of a 60 minute full body massage, 20 minute acupressure facial and 10 minute Reiki session.

Acupressure Facials

A natural alternative to help reduce the ageing process. The combination of deep tissue massage techniques and acupressure points helps to relieve facial tension and relax your face.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage helps you connect with your baby, prepare for birth, and ease muscle tension as your body changes, with safe, expert care through all four trimesters and postnatally (babies welcome). Partner sessions are also available, teaching your birthing partner simple massage techniques for pain relief and relaxation during labour.

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that promotes relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. You can choose to have a stand alone Reiki session or combine it with massage or facials. Also available for children and teenagers.
